How do I find the right chain length?
Most of our chains come in 50cm and 55cm. 50cm sits at the collarbone for most people and is our most popular choice — check the Sizing Guide tab above if you're unsure.
Will it tarnish or turn my neck green?
No. Our chains are made from 18K gold or 316L stainless steel, both heat, water and sweat resistant, and won't tarnish or discolour your skin.
Can I shower, swim or work out in it?
Yes — our chains are built to be worn every day, including in water and while exercising.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our chains are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
What's the difference between the gold and silver options?
Both use the same premium construction — the gold pieces are finished in genuine 18K gold, the silver pieces in 316L stainless steel. It comes down to which tone you prefer.
